Reiki helps, especially in the current situation, to leave everyday life behind and to reduce stress. This leads to balance, harmony and inner serenity and provides strength for all life situations.

The treatment releases physical and psychological blockages and balances the power centres (chakras), which allows the energy flows to flow better.

After the treatment, everything that is perceived is discussed and clarified together, because there are no standard procedures, each client is individual, just like their treatment.

About me

I was born in Zurich in 1976. I finished school, high school and my studies or training in this beautiful city. While working for a major Swiss bank, I became a mother to my 3 great boys in 2005, 2006 and 2010 and moved with my family to Arzo in the beautiful Ticino in 2010.
The change from a working woman in a big city to a full-time mum in the village was a challenge. I became more aware of myself to find my true self.
Since my first Reiki initiation, Reiki has become a permanent part of my everyday life. Thanks to my family and many friends, I have been able to practice diligently and gain experience.
After my Reiki Master (April 2022), I would now like to offer this form of treatment to anyone who is interested…
